Refunds
At Commotion, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any reason other than a fault with the product. We encourage you to review product descriptions and size guides thoroughly before making a purchase.
Returns for Faulty Garments
If you believe your garment is faulty, we are committed to resolving the issue. Faulty items can be returned for inspection and assessment. If a fault is confirmed, we will offer you one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the item (subject to availability)
- Repair of the item (where possible)
- Store credit
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for a faulty garment, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at info@commotion.wtf within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, a description of the fault, and photographs (if applicable).
3. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including shipping instructions.
Conditions for Returns
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- Tags and packaging must remain intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome within 5-7 business days.
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper care or accidents
